• Content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Malware, scams, harassment, or attempts to bypass safety systems

We may block prompts or outputs, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, and report apparent illegal content where required by law.

5. Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, moderate, display to you, and deliver that content as part of the service. AI outputs may not be unique, and their ownership or eligibility for copyright protection may vary by jurisdiction.

6. Credits, Plans, and Payments

Prices, credit costs, plan limits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Generation costs may vary by model and settings. Used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

AI generation may sometimes fail, take longer than expected, or produce an unwanted result. We may change models, limits, features, or pricing to keep the service safe and sustainable.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk to others, chargebacks, fraud, or legal requirements.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. GenSpicy is not responsible for decisions made from generated content or for unlawful use by a user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
